Mr. Spirtos also has expertise in the areas of real estate and business law, including review of business contracts and business litigation, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, litigation involving real estate agents and brokers, and litigation involving failure to disclose defects.
Mr. Spirtos holds a Class B General Building Contractor License from the California Contractors State License Board. He is also a member of the National Plasterer’s Council, an organization for swimming pool contractors.
Mr. Spirtos received both his Juris Doctor degree and his undergraduate degree from Western State University. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
